What process generates the Canadian Address Accuracy Report?
A Canada Post Corporation SERP (Software Evaluation and Recognition Program) certified address standardization program will produce the Canadian Address Accuracy Report.

What is the typical order turnaround?
List rental orders are guaranteed to ship the same day if received before 2:00 EST. Orders processed using one of our online rental systems will ship as soon as the order is approved and released - 24/7.

Can DSI run an international business to business merge/purge?
Yes. Keep in mind that the business to business merge/purge works best when the file contains at least 85% properly fielded business names.

What international MPS (mail preference suppression) files are available?
DSI houses the following international MPS files for use as suppression in the merge/purge: UK, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and Finland.

What levels of consumer merge/purge are available for international files?
DSI offers consumer individual, consumer household or consumer residential level merge/purges.

Do I need to run a merge/purge in order to match against in-house, pander or MPS suppression files?
Yes.

How does DSI define a multi-buyer?
In a merge/purge, a multi-buyer is record that matched another list and survived to the mail file.
