U.S. NCOA

NCOA Information Chart A consolidated data file of mover information spanning the last 48 months. Each data record contains the relocating postal customer’s name along with an old and new address data. The old address data is the one compared to the address data on the customer’s mailing list for matching purposes and the new address data is the one returned, if a match is made, for the purpose of updating the customer’s mailing list or internal house file data. The NCOA provides CASS certified data output, data address standardization, zip+4 data, zip correction data, and carrier route coding data . The NCOA meets move update requirements, allowing mailers to qualify for postage discounts.
