Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address and/or telephone number on-line you will only receive the information for which you requested.

Safe Harbor Statement

Data Services Inc. acts as a Data Processor¹ and therefore processes data in accordance with instructions from the Data Controller². As a Data Processor, Data Services Inc., shall not transfer data to a Third Party³ without instructions from the Data Controller. Data Services Inc. will process the data for one-time use and only for the purpose for which it was intended.

Written instructions shall be provided by the Data Controller outlining the authority granted to the Data Services Inc. as the Data Processor, and specify in the instructions, the limits of that processing so that Data Services Inc. may keep on record our classification as a Data Processor. Without written instructions, Data Services Inc. will not be liable for the actions of the Data Controller.

Email Privacy Policy

Data Services, Inc. acts as an Email Service Provider (ESP) for our clients. As an ESP, Data Services, Inc. sends emails on our client's behalf to their subscribers. Data Services, Inc. never sends unsolicited email and require all of our clients to never send unsolicited email. Data Services, Inc. requires that all of our clients subscribers be Single Opt-In at a minimum and recommend that clients go through Double Opt-In processing. Data Services, Inc. also requires that all of our email clients conform to and abide by the Can Spam Act (S.877) of 2003. All email clients must fill out an Email Compliance Form before each mailing stating that they agree to and have abided by all of the above requirements. These forms are stored for reference for a minimum of one year.
